As a well renowned and based Travel Agent, KVZ HOLIDAYS are very happy to be your booking agent for your travel needs.
The following terms and conditions describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you buy travel related services through us. Besides that it also shows what your obligations are as a valued customer.

Our Agreement with our Customers
Our Products and Definitions

Having a number of years of Experience, KVZ HOLIDAYS is involved in Travel offers with a wide range of variety and expertise. Our website, which is referred throughout this Agreement, can be found at
KVZ HOLIDAYS offers a valuable link for products and services for all your travel needs and itineraries. Although you will be availing of other “third party” suppliers like Air Carriage, bus, train, taxi and other means of transportations, we as a “Booking Agent” are not directly supplying such products but are availing these from a third party. These terms also apply to meals or insurance policies or any other products related to travel. We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. By signing an agreement with us, you will enter into a separate contract with such agencies in connection with their products and services.
Any hike in air prices either pre or post purchase, you may be charged additional sums by KVZ HOLIDAYS This is to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and any fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. Acceptance of these terms and conditions hereby consent you to any post-purchase price increases and authorize KVZ HOLIDAYS to charge your credit card and/or account for such additional amounts.

Deposits and Payment

Any payments / deposits from you are refundable and/or non-refundable depending on the status of the contract. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the “third party”. We will advise you of the date when full payment is required. Upon provision of your payment information, you are thereby authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding “third party”.
We reserve the right to refuse certain forms or method of payment. After full payment, the conditions of the contract with the “third party” may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements. As your acting Booking Agent, we will pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase. If we have arranged a package, changes in transportation costs including the cost of fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have paid in full, for which you will be informed by us.


Our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee should you makes a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy via Post or similar currier services.

Cancellations and Changes

Your contract with your “third party” may allow them to cancel or amend bookings. We as your Booking Agent will ensure that you are promptly notified of any significant changes once we become aware of such change if there is enough time before your departure, but we accept no liability or responsibility for any changes or costs incurred that may result. Subject to the “third party’s” terms and conditions, you will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements if available by the “third party”, or canceling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds as per the agreement. We do not guaranty that any refunds will apply.
If you have booked a flight, rail, bus or taxi services with us and we are alerted to a significant schedule change by “third party” before you leave, we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please ensure that you have given your contact email address and that you regularly check for messages before you leave. We have no control over schedule changes and accept no liability or responsibility for costs which may arise as a result of such changes.
After you have left your destination, it is your responsibility to check with the airline, that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked. We strongly recommend that you contact your airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of each flight to do this. Please note that it is mandatory for some airlines to confirm with them your intention to fly.

2. Your Agreement with KVZ HOLIDAYS
Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

By booking your arrangement with us or using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and any additional terms and conditions of any “third party” that are applicable to your booking, travel arrangements or use of any website content. Besides yourself you also agree to comply with all such terms and conditions of all those who are travelling with you, including the payment of all amounts when due from all parties. Please note that with this agreement, you agree that any violation of any such terms and conditions may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (b) forfeiture of any amount paid for your reservation or purchase, (c) you being denied access to the applicable travel related service, and (d) our right to charge / debit your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
You agree and warrant that (a) you are of sufficient age to use our services and website and are in a position to make binding legal obligations in connection with your use, (b) you are legally authorized to act on behalf of yourself and of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and (c) that the information supplied by you or members of your group is true and correct. You agree that you are responsible for informing other such persons of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements. You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those using your name or account.

What if You Change Your Booking

Where a change requested by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, our standard service fees will apply in addition to any additional “third party” charges. Please inform us about changes or review the ‘FAQ’ section of KVZ HOLIDAYS for details of how to request changes. Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the “third party”.
Changes to name details are not allowed by many airlines and other “third parties”. While we will make all efforts to make such a change if possible, please remember that most airlines and “third parties” treat such name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges would apply.
Flights, bus and other means of transportation must be taken in the sequence they appear on your ticket or e-ticket confirmation. If you do not board a flight as booked, please contact the airline as much as in advance to discuss your options. If there is any delay in checking on time for a confirmed reservation, the airline may register you as a ‘no-show’, which could result in extra charges and/or your whole flight itinerary being cancelled and/or render your ticket void.

What if You Cancel Your Booking

If you cancel your travel plans, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of your “third party” our standard fees will apply as may be outlined on your receipt or booking confirmation. We need to receive from you your booking details before any applicable refund can be considered. If you decide to cancel arrangements before the balance due date, any deposits paid are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the “third party”. Generally flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. We are not responsible for a “third party” failure to pay a refund.
If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim or recover your cancellation charges through your insurer.

What if You Have a Complaint

If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant “third party” (e.g. your hotel) immediately. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, please immediately contact us via our website If you fail to contact on time, we will not have the opportunity to investigate your complaint and attempt to help in any error or problem, and this may affect your rights under this Agreement.

Travel Documents and Destinations

It is fully your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct, accurate and current. Please treat your travel documents with care. It is very difficult to replace travel documents in the case of loss, theft, damage, etc.
Prior to booking international travel, we recommend that you review any Government warnings related to your country or place of destination. By offering travel to any particular destination, we do not represent that travel in such destination is safe or without risk, as this will totally be your choice.

Information regarding Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements

Any details required for your travels related to passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary is fully your responsibility. Prior to your travels, please check and confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. In the event of your not being permitted to travel, we do not accept any responsibility due to not complying with any such requirements.

Additional Information Regarding Airline Reservations

If you arrive at an airline ticket or passenger check-in counter with your confirmed ticket and find that the airline shows no reservation for you – please do not panic or leave the counter. If upon checking your ticket, it shows "OK" for the flight in question, the airline policies typically require them to accommodate you on that flight, or if that is not possible, they must either find you a substitute flight or pay you denied boarding compensation. If necessary ask to speak to the Manager.

What about Travel Insurance

Since Travel insurance is a vital part of your travel plans, we recommend that you have take advantage of a travel insurance policy for the duration of your journey. Since we do not offer such services please contact us at KVZ HOLIDAYS / help for further information. We may be able to guide you for information for travel insurance to be provided to you.

What about Travel Advice and Vaccinations

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have arranged all necessary vaccinations for your travels. Please check with the local embassy/consulates for more information.

What about prohibited or Hazardous Materials on board

International laws forbid the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in imprisonment and penalties. Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles and radio-pharmaceuticals are not permitted on board.
There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person. For further information please check the airline requirements.

With this agreement, you acknowledge that you will only use our services and the information on our website to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not make speculative, false or fraudulent reservations. You will only use our website and services in compliance with applicable law.

Privacy Policy

You represent that you have read and agree to the terms of our privacy policy, which can be found at our website. You consent to our processing and sharing of personal information about you and other members of your party that you have provided to us in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in our privacy policy.

Legal jurisdiction

For any dispute, the Civil Court of New Delhi, India is to be acknowledged as the sole competent authority
